朱晓楠,男,汉族,1995年1月生,河南南阳人,工学博士,湖南大学助理教授、硕士生导师、IEEE Member,中国电源学会会员。担任IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics、中国电机工程学报等多个期刊审稿人,现为湖南大学电能高效高质转化全国重点实验室与国家电能变换与控制工程技术研究中心的青年骨干。

三、主要研究方向与业绩
主要从事电力电子变换器拓扑与控制、变开关频率调制技术、大功率高频感应加热电源装备研发、光伏/储能变流器装备开发与应用等方向的研究工作。以一作/通讯作者发表高水平论文11篇,获授权发明专利12项,其中2项完成技术转化,获2022年度湖南省科技进步一等奖(排名3)。
团队秉持“以创业之心、行科研之路”的核心理念,不仅深耕前沿基础理论,更将科研成果转化为切实可行的工程解决方案,架起学术探索与产业应用之间的坚实桥梁。团队在冶金领域,研发了大功率感应加热电源系统;在半导体领域,研发了200kV高压加速电源系统;在配电网领域,研发了电能质量治理装置;在光储充领域,研发了大功率储能变流器系统;在信息传输领域,研发了微伏级弱信号处理与传输装置和水下声波预警系统。
