一、基本情况
陈扬,男,中共党员,汉族,老太阳集团tcy8722网站助理教授,电能高效高质转化全国重点实验室与国家电能变换与控制工程技术研究中心青年骨干。在低成本、高性能、高功率密度的电力电子变换器拓扑与控制技术,以及第三代半导体应用领域有着12年的产学研用协同实践经验。主持或参与了13项加拿大国家级科研项目,及3项企业联合研发项目,于IEEE旗下顶级期刊及会议论文集发表学术论文36篇,获得中美授权发明专利23项。其联合创办的企业于2020年获加拿大国家级科创项目支持,完成了32项专利的商业化。技术承接方包括村田、麦格纳、华为、氮化镓系统、联想等。

三、主要研究方向与业绩
陈扬博士致力于低成本、高性能及小型化的电力电子变换器拓扑与控制技术研究。获得中美发明专利23项,入选加拿大国家级创新创业计划,主持或参与了13项加拿大国家级科研项目,及3项企业联合研发项目。原创性成果已在全球最大DC-DC电源制造商日本村田,500强汽车一级供应商麦格纳,全球最大PC生产商联想等公司转化。原创性成果包括:
1. 单电芯储能双向及多向功率变换技术(应用于储能);
2. 全数字单级式LLC变换器及频闪消除技术(应用于LED智能照明);
3. 单级式谐振变换器及功率因数校正的应用(应用于新能源汽车,便携设备充电);
4. 用于储能的多相无通信并联技术(应用于储能,户外电源);
5. 大功率宽电压范围功率变换技术及应用(应用于新能源汽车应用);
6. 高频小型化电源转换器的新技术及应用(应用于便携设备充电);
7. 并联型谐振变换器的无源阻抗匹配技术(应用于数据中心);
8. 新型高增益谐振变换器拓扑族(应用于数据中心);
9. 高阶/多元件谐振变换器的特性应用(应用于数据中心)。
